I currently have my DVD player (Denon DVD-1920) connected via component cable. Upconversion is supported on my DVD player only by HDMI. Is it likely that I will notice a nice improvement if I were to switch to HDMI and use upconversion? I am guessing the Denon would upconvert better than my TV does so it would make sense.
