HDTV with Cable?

I moved to the Phoenix are recently. The local cable company (Cox) offers HDTV; does anybody have any experiences with this setup? Any pros or cons? I live in an apartment now and satellite is out of the question for the moment.

I live in the Phoenix area as well, I have had the Cox HDTV set up for about 4 months. The picture is great on the HD channels but the other channels are disapointing, I don't know when Cox will broadcast the other cannels in 480p like Direct TV currently does. The only con is that the DVI cable on the Cox box (Scientific Atlanta) is not currenly active. I am waiting for the new 8000HD (high def. recorder) to be released in our market.
