Whatcha Gonna Buy This Week?

Lots of new releases this week. The Island tops my list, what a great flick! Trust me, if you missed it at the theater, you're gonna wonder why it wasn't more successful at the box office when you see it. Yes, it's alot like Logan's Run, but that one was due for an update, eh? The DVD is bare bones, unfortunately. No real special features or DTS track. I can't imagine it getting any future SE treatment. Speaking of special editions, Sin City, baby! Two discs with an extended director's cut and is loades with special features. Didn't see the 40 Year Old Virgin, is it worth a buy?

I forgot about Death Race 2000 on DVD this week!

I'll be picking up The Island. That's about it for me. Maybe snoop out a couple of cheapies while I'm at BB today.

Definitely, the Simpsons and the Island. Also I think Best Buy has Collateral and SE Lost Boys on sale.
