CD Changer.......

Hi folks. I just got a Marantz CC4300 cd changer. The sound is nice, but when I hit the "disc skip" button on the unit, I am hearing a popping sound coming from only one speaker, and the popping sound alternates from speaker to speaker everytime I hit the disc skip button. I tried different outlets, inputs on my receiver and cables, and I still get the pop. Is this normal?

That does not sound normal. You should probably take it back and have it replaced if the unit is still under warranty (or better, within a store's return window).

Thanks Woochifer. I sent it back to the company I bought it from and they sent me a new one.
