Just picked up the Marah disc - Marah - If You Didn't Laugh, You'd Cry - today.
I mentioned in an earlier post & nobody had heard it, yet.
Well........ for those of you here who love anything that The Drive-by Truckers do or, for that matter, early Bruce Springsteen (ala Greetings or E-street stuff) you would absolutely dig this new one by Marah.
The band reminds me of the above, yet it also has tinges of Elvis Costello sprinkled throughout. It rawks out in a classic rock way & I mean that in the best sense of the phrase.
Glad I made it to the record store, today.
