Looking for Headphone Amp...

I have Sennheisher HD-280 headphones and want to hook it up to an Oppo DVD Player, plus a VCR, plus a DVD Recorder/TV Receiver. Since I only use headphones, would best solution be a headphone amp? Would suich an amp accept those 3 inputs or would I need some other piece of equipment? Or, can I run those 3 inputs into my Sharp Flatscreen TV, and just run an audio out from the Sharp into the headphone amp thereby controlling everything from the TV?

Can I get a headphone amp that would perform the above function and have reasonable good sound for $100 or so?

Any recommendations on the best brand for the above price range?

YEAH im in the same market ( just looking for now). i googled it awhile back with good response (HEADROOM). but im looking at a tube style one (maybe not sure).

ATP Systems Xenos 3HA caught my eye -- anybody know anything about this headphone amp? Looks pretty good for $139.
