Welle this is the inside of my amp. Dual Mono, all silver cabling by Siltech. Runs 1ohm speakers and sounds incredibly good. They use many small capacitors instead of a few big ones since they can charge and drop their power a lot quicker.

Cool, i never heard of using smaller caps before but it makes sense. maybe there should be a thread in the forums here for pic posting too, i dont really like going into the community section.

That's sometimes true. Lot of amp use multiple, smaller capacitors but I don't think I've seen so many as that before.

A few rare ones have this design. There is one for sale in the US which is very rare for 5500$ on audiogon. Quite a bargain on a wonderfull amp.

Classe was the first amp manufacturer (that I am aware of) to use multiple small filter caps in their power supplies, beginning in 1996 with the CA-"00" series. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Here's the inside of the CA-300 with the small caps on the two lower boards:

Could be of course :-)
Sphinx has done this since the beginning. Single ended mosfet with no feedback :D
I know that Etalon, Gryphon and some others do too but not as much as the Sphinx. They have like a whole field of them. Classe makes good amps too, at least the old ones.
