Now if you would be so kind as to tell me a little bit about them...
Well sometimes anyway. Their former drummer, Richard Christy, is now a writer on the Howard Stern show.

Well...if you like Iron Maiden, you should like them as well. Majestic, powerful, anthemic hard rock/power metal. First thing I got by them was Days of Purgatory, which is pretty good, but I have since found out it was sort of a rarities compilation album, re-recorded'n'stuff, so I wouldn't recommend it as a place to start. I would suggest starting with Burnt Offerings. I really don't know much more than that (I haven't even picked up The Glorious Burden yet). I heard the more-Halford-than-Halford Priest replacement singer has since joined them, not sure if he's on Glorious Burden, though).
