I couldn't find this cartoon online yet, so I scanned it in from the 1/4 edition of The Richmond Times-Dispatch. It is by Robert Ariail and more of his work can be seen at:

The scan from newspaper obviously produces a subquality image and the fact that I provide the name of the creator and other information crediting (thereby promoting) his handiwork should hopefully circumvent any problems with copyright protection.
