Echo in speakers?

I've had an echo in my speakers for a long time now, it's really gettin on my nerves. The original speakers broke, and my comp worked fine w/ them. So I started using speakers from my old comp, that's when the echo started. So I recently bought new ones. But there is still an echo. The company of my speakers are Cyber Aucostics.

Ohh and when I use headphones too, there's an echo.

Can someone help me please, maybe my settings are off.
