Paradigm 7SE mod?

Hi, a friend of mine has an old pair of Paradigm 7SE speakers, and was told there was a mod that could be done to improve performance..

I'm a bit of a novice, but I work in a musical instruments store, so I have access to a lot of capacitors etc, and I was wondering if anyone knew of this mod, and if so, what needs to be changed to what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
