So far I have had my RB 250 rewired and replaced the turntables plastic subplatter with the deepgroove subplatter. The next mod I am interested in is the dropped counterweight. I am concerned that it will be a little difficult setting tracking force moving and locking in the weight. With the RB 300 the tracking force is set with the spring but with the RB 250 it is moving the weight to the desired force. Also I have read that there are some concerns about bearing wear. I would appreciate anyones experience with this mod and if they truly heard an improvement. Thanks
