need bulbs for VU meters (phase linear 400)

I need a source for VU meter bulbs for my phase linear 400 amp
they look like fuse type bulbs
had them replaced about a year ago during a tune up along with filter caps but replacements lasted about 8 months

I have a similar need for my vintage Pioneer tuner. I'm heading to Radio Shack today because they sell some. Here's another source who sells fuse type lamps.
