My rack has limited space and I'm considering a TT shelf.

Most of the standard, pre built hardware that I've found use shelves that are too narrow.

Any suggestions?

I've see the Target shelf, but looking for something less.

I tried to replicate the functionality of the Target Shelf.

I used standard HomeDepot "L" brackets and wall mounted a piece of wood in the dimensions I needed. Then I drilled four holes, one at each corner. I used short lengths of threaded steel rods approximately 6" in length. one in each hole and secured using a bolt and washer on the top and bottom of the wood. This creates four height adjustable studs. I placed another shelf on top of the four rods. I can now level the top shelf using the four bolts in the lower shelf.

Not very attractive in appearance but it worked. I guess I could spend some time woodworking and making it look more presentable.
