I just recently purchased a Polk PSW10 subwoofer and it doesn't have an LFE connection on the back of it. My Kenwood Home theatre receiver has a single output for subwoofer using RCA type cable. What should I do?

Is it a passive sub or something? No amp built in? Best thing do do (if you want to keep that sub) is to buy a seperate amplifier to hook up to it.

It is a powered Sub. On the back it has a set of left and right RCA connections. On the back of the Sub for those connections it says filtered.

Is this not like the back of your sub?

If it IS like that, your LFE inputs are over there on the right were it says 'line in'. LFE out from your receiver goes to line in via an RCA cable. I'd get a splitter and use both inputs.
