I downloaded all my cd's on my computer and wish to play them with Musicmatch thru my Denon 5800 and NHT 2.9s. Does anyone know the best way to make the connection from the computer to the receiver?
Thanks

Radio Shack has an adapter that goes from the mini-plug on your soundcard and converts it to RCA's which plug into your receiver. That's it!

A slight step up in quality would be to use an adaptor that goes from your USB port rather than the mini-plug. These adaptors have a DAC that is often better than what comes standard in your computer (unless you upgrade the sound card--search Computer Audio forum). I've only used Griffin's iMic. See link for description.

But there are others similar items. Beyond that, upgrading the sound card further and you can get digital coax/optical outs, etc.
