Denon 3600 trouble

I have the Denon 3600 reciever and and am getting little or no sound from the right speaker. If I do the reciever test tone the speaker is fine.
If I switch the cables the sound is fine from right speaker. Any thoughts? Dennis

if you switch the cables and the sound is fine then maybe it's the cable contact??
