Audiokarma.org website has been off for 2 days now, when you go to the website you get a search page (where the name is parked at). Seems like the Domain name expired and someone else bought it. I am just getting into vintage audio and I find it sad that a community forum can be hijacked. I also hope this is a lesson to other forums to not allow the name to expire, it is now $12 or less per year to renew, why not renew for 10 or more years? it will be a mess getting the name back.

I just bought the audiokarma.info name and will make it available to the administrators of audiokarma.org for free if they are interested (contact me via this forum).

The site isn't offline because the URL was bought out, nor was it transferred to somebody else.....it was due to a screwed up nameserver at register.com when the autorenew kicked in. I have to get this fixed up this morning with the head registrar at the company through which we purchased the domain.

In the meantime, people can still log into the site at http://65.219.61.150/forums until we get the situation cleared later today. FYI, renew was set through 2006 at this point and will be re-upped long before expiration.
