Luxman DZ-92 CD player?

I just took my Luxman DZ-92 out of mothbolls and cannot find an iota of information on it. Asides from a few manuals floating out there, and some European used listings, it's as if this player has never existed. I am very curious about the history of this player, what its reviews are like, if any one else has experience with it, and why is there such a dearth of information and feedback on it?

For what it's worth, I bought this player from a NYC Israeli-born high end stereo installer--he seemed to carry only very decent equipment(ie, my first exposure to Onyx-sp?), and it has performed extremely well and has never malfunctioned.

The information is all over the place, the only caveat is that you must learn to read Japanese. Eating lots of sushi sometimes helps too.
