Do KEF Q5 is the same level wirh the B&W 603S3? I have the interest to choose one of them for my parent's live room.

Which one is better for 50% music and movie?

They don;t sound the same but I think they're on par Depends what you like -- i think they're both good fort the cash. The 600 series is IMO B&W's best bang for buck line and one of the best line of speaker's for the money. Kef's are good as well but i've heard them much less over the years. Really you simply need to listen to both in the same room and decide which you like best.
