View Full Version : Looking for good affordable 10 or 12 gauge Speaker wires?
I'm looking to upgrade my 10 years old 18 gauge monster speaker wire due to my concern about oxidation/deteriation. I being doing some research on the 10/12 gauge speaker wire with banana plug but just couldn't justify the price tag of $90.00 plus for a 6 ft. Does it really do make that much of a differences? Is there other alternatives?

Try parts express. I used the Sound King wire.

I use the Dayton speaker cables from Parts Express. They are terminated with bananas but I think they are only 14 guage. They cost about $35.00 for a 10 foot pair. I like them better than some of my more expensive cables.

You can also check out Home Depot, Lowes, and Manards, they sell it cut to length. You can also check out my site for other ideas
