So will the search feature have access to the old archives??????? Or do we have to do some other type of digital dumpster diving?

You'll need to go to the old archives, choose a forum and click on the Search link there. You'll find a search link in each of the old forums.

I figured it out, but I was dismayed that it is very limited. Thanks

There a many things that I've been dismayed about with the old forums... ;)
