They're the same. There's no non-pro BFD model, all of them are for pro audio rigs. The main differences between the different BFD models is the DAC. The older DSP1100 used a 20-bit DAC, while the newer DSP1124 uses a 24-bit DAC. The current BFD model is closing out, so you can easily find a new unit for around $100 right now. The revised version coming out soon will cost $200, with no change to the parametric equalizer function.

Will the older model work with my HT system or do i have to get the dsp1124?
Cause i can get the 1100 for $50.00 + $10.00 shipping?

Functionally, they're identical. The only difference is that the DSP1124 uses higher resolution DACs, which increases the dynamic range and lowers the noise floor. For purposes of subwoofer equalization, I'm not sure if you'll hear much of a difference.
Might want to check on how the BFD you're bidding on was used. If it was installed into a mobile concert rig, it might have had quite a bit of wear and tear. Keep in mind that Behringer's warranties are not transferrable, so it's a bit of a risk.
A brand new unit will cost you $100, and it includes a factory warranty. So, that's something to consider.
