vhs to dvd???
I was wondering how to get my VHS Disney films to DVD with all the sound??

you need a dvd recorder, or a computer dvd burner and the right software.

Uncooked is right. If you have the software and a DVD drive, it is really simple. It is pretty much plug-and-play type work.

Will i get all the surrond sound also?

no only stereo, you would have to use prologic or another setting in your amp like neo 6 or something to make a matrix surround.
if you want to get really into it there are programs where you could make surround, but there pricey and not worth it. pro logic II would sound just as good as anything you could make on a computer program.

Yes and no.

You won't get the 5 or 6 channel digital tracks beacuse they simply don't exist on VHS tapes.
But, you should be able to transfer over the two channels that do exist on the VHS tapes if they have them in the first place.
Remember, "All" the surround sound on the source VHS tape was, at best, 2 channel dolby surround, which works well with Dolby Pro Logic.
