    Turntable

Can anyone tell me which turntable is value for money? I have narrowed down to two different makes and model which is suitable for my budget.

    1. Michell Gryro Deck/ Odyssey

    2. Nottingham Space Deck with Ace-Space Arm

Currently I am using Sonic Frontier's Line 1 line pre-amp. I want to buy preferably a balanced phono pre-amp for mc/mm cartridge with options of various gains, capacitance and load resistance.

Are you kidding? Neither of the two TT's in question are about best value. Buy the one you like the best and be done with it.

You should check out www.needledoctor.com Cheaper than the rest!? Just what do you mean. You can get a fairly decent TT for around $500US. You can also get something real nice for $2000US. After that the sky is the limit. In your case both TT's are very very nice. Get the one that looks best to you. I am sure you will be happy with either one.
