    Volunteer with eBay account needed...

Does anyone with an eBay account have a minute to help out here?

Reading the last few entries of this thread should explain things. Solid Cartridge

To make a long story short, I recommended this eBay auction to a guy looking for a budget turntable. http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-SONY-PS-...QQcmdZViewItem

I see that the guy (ssarm@mac.com here and ssarm11 on eBay) is bidding on the turntable. ssarm@mac.com is not his e-mail address, I tried that...

Also see now that in the photo the turntable is missing the counterweight for the tonearm.

Anyone with an eBay account have a minute to warn ssarm about that? Tell him to come back here and check out his turntable thread? Just click on the above auction, click on ssarm11 under "highest bidder", and click "contact member" there. I cancelled my eBay account awhile back and can't do it. Would feel really bad if ssarm bought an incomplete turntable on my recommendation. Thanks MUCH if anyone can help!!!

    WOW, thank you so much.

I can't believe how stupid I am. I bought 3 things from eBay no problem, and then i go and not pay close attention to the item.

Thanks a lot, you guys are the best.

    Not stupid at all.

The back of the tonearm on that table is so wide, it looks like a counterweight if you haven't seen that table before.

Glad we got through to you!!! Sorry for the bum steer.
