In my recent AcousticSounds newsletter they were offering trade up specials so you can trade your phono stage in for either an AcousTech Ph-1p or the new Southernland preamp. They grade the condition of your phono stage and that gauges how much of a discount you would get. Both of these pieces get great reviews. I have the Ph-1p and it is a very good preamp. It was even more amazing after upgrading the power cord. The Sutherland is all battery powered.
