    Hey drseid, you need to get a TT!!

    There is a new TT by Consonance.

    Forbidden City - Liu





    It looks like a great table and the specs and tech looks very attractive, except for Wow & Flutter of 2% (I think it's a misprint though). I guess it's suvjective but I think it looks, dare I say, "Tight".

    But at $2,400~$3,200 price tags, competition gets pretty tough. I think I would rather get a Scoutmaster or Gyro SE.

    Quite tempting... along with the rest of the Forbidden City line from Consonance. My trouble would be finding enough things to play on it. Maybe I actually am too scared I *would,* leading me into another area where I spend every cent I have. ;-) I *does* look nice though... Hmmmmm

    it looks nice, and probably will sound nice too...

    But RED!!? that will fight with the other colors in my system

    I'd rather get a vpi though, as nice as this tt is...

    ah forget it anyways, I have to save money for speakers...

    There is a guy on A'gon who is selling his modified Thorens TD-160.

    This TT just looks gorgeous.

    Love that tonearm. RB 250 with the Michell TechnoWeight counter weight. Let me think who else has that arm, oh I remeber me.
