Connecting CD Player to Older Receiver

Hi Guys. I have a vintage Pioneer stereo receiver. It has jacks for phono and tape in and out. Is there a way to connect a CD player to this receiver? It's a nice unit, I'd hate to see it used only as a phono stage. Thanks Jack

Any tape or aux. input should work fine.
