    Unhappy Motor Needed 4 JBE III T/T

    Hi, I hope someone out there can help me out! I'm trying to discover the manufacturer of the 24 slot 8 pole stator direct-drive motor fitted to my JBE III turntable.

    The model ref is MKL 15B3 and according to the label it was manufactured in Japan.

    The JBE III was made in UK between 1978 and 1980 and then the JBE company disappeared.

    Even if no longer available perhaps there may be an equivelent model.

    Finally, as a last ditch-idea, if you don't know, dod you know someone who might. I've tried searchin on web with no success. Regards RR
