    Ordered New Onkyo Receiver
    Well I finally took the plunge and ordered the Onkyo TX SR705 in silver.
    I kept waiting for a price drop and it finally happened. Most of the online site were sittting on $649. 6th Avenue Electronics had it for $596, but have been out of stock for weeks. Finally on Tuesday, Amazon came down to $610 and I jumped on it. On top of that, they say if I want it delivered on Thursday, choose 1 day delivery. I'm thinking, yea sure, what's that going to cost. I click on it to see and surprize $3.99. It usually costs me that much to have a couple of CD's delivered. That will keep me busy for a while on Saturday. And I'll still have enough left over for speakers and stands.

    Thanks Mr. P. It was your discussion with Bobsticks that got me looking at the Onkyo in the first place. But that is what is so great about this forum. Sharing ideas, asking questions. Thanks again.
