Need good audio tech in Seattle

I have a Carver "Receiver" that needs attention. No balance control or loudness function. It also seems to wimp-out when turned up past 1/3 and blows a fuse. Weird. Who can recommend a good tech in the Seattle area to fix it?

    Carver Receiver info

G'day Mate from New Zealand. Everett Audio in Everett WA bought all the schematics and tech stuff from Carver . They might be able to help. If that doesn't work try EBAY the auction site. I have purchased owners manuals and schematics reasonably there. Keep looking. Cheers, Rob
