    bi amping

out of curiosity..................I own b and w dm 602 s3 speakers and a denon 2801 amp.....would it be possible to bi wire them by using the a and b switches on the back of my receiver. If I sent both high frequency and low frequncy signals from the left terminals of both my a and b speaker connections on the back to my left speaker and the same for my right could I bi wire. Then I would set my speaker setting to a + b. I plan to purchase a new amp as mine is insufficient but would that be possible in the meantime.

regardless of any other factor, you cannot bi-amp without using two amps. as for bi-wiring with a single amp, i dont see what you would be accomplishing by connecting to two sets of terminals at the amp.
