I May Have Found an Amp, but what is this?
I saw a used NAD 3240 PE on E-bay, but he says he replaced jumpers between the
main-in and pre-out jacks with custom monster interconnect jumpers. What does this
mean and do I have to do anything special to hook up my system to it? Thank you

The interconnect (shown in white) is used to connect the pre-amp to the poweramp on this integrated. The pre-outs will allow you to connect a separate poweramp in the future if you so desire

    Bobby,

Elapsed photo shows the situation perfectly. Little wire "U"s usually connect the preamp outputs to the power amp inputs; your seller has substituted the white (in this case) short interconnects which are supposedly superior. Otherwise it's business as usual.
