    Carver TFM-35x....What is a good match???
    Hi all,,,,,,,,

    My system is powered by the Carver TFM-35x amp,,,,,,,
    Plan on adding a second. Bridge em"

    My control center is a Kenwood KA-994---Integrated AV Amplifier. Which i had to use a Carver Z-5 Expander to make it work.

    I want to upgrade my control center. Any suggestions??????
    AV Amp??? Pre-amp????

    I am confused.................

    There are a lot of good choices it all depends on your budget I have two of the same Amps and they sound great I had a Adcom which was a beast the Carvers have a lot more slam in the bass and highs are tube like.If you have the green go for the LEXICON Preamp they are very nice and if you are short on funds the Adcom Preamps sound really Neutral
