    HFX mini class.d

Anyone head of the HFX mini class.d amp or has experience with it? How is the sound quality?
    I found it here:
    http://www.hifiatx.com/hfx.php?lang=EN&module=class-d
but it sounds dodgy at 192 khz output and 1300 watts, so any experiences are much appreciated.

1300 watts (180 per channel, + another 400), is perfectly possible with class D amps, and while it all looks OK, HFX is a pc brand. they specialize in building stuff for pc's and media centers. It will sound good, but I'm sure there are other brands, offering quite the same, while having more soul and dedication into their products...

if you don't really do any serious listening and spend much time trying to tweak your gears and such (placement, matching,...), I'm sure it'll do just fine...

    Keep them spinning,
    Bert.
